Middle Graphic Designer

Gio (https://gioapp.ai/) is an AI-powered photo studio app that helps users create professional headshots, outfit swaps, and background changes in seconds – no photographer needed. Perfect for LinkedIn profiles, dating apps, or just leveling up your digital presence.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and craft high-converting ad creatives ❤️.

Responsibilities

• Produce 4–5 creative packs per week (4 variations each).
  We track workload carefully – deadlines are realistic, and tasks are balanced by complexity

• Use AI tools to generate realistic, on-brand imagery (headshots, outfits, scenes). Midjourney, Krea, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Kling etc.

• Adapt designs for different platforms, keeping specs and safety zones in mind.

• Join weekly creative retros: discuss what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve.

• Pitch ideas to improve visual strategy – we value initiative.

Requirements

• Figma expertise (this is key) + Photoshop skills.

• Hands-on experience with AI image tools (Krea, Midjourney, ChatGPT).

• Strong visual taste – ability to maintain a cohesive, bold style across volumes.

• Marketing/ad design experience (knowing what performs vs. what’s pretty).

• Adaptability: tweak visuals for platforms without losing Gio’s clean, pro aesthetic.

• (Nice-to-have) Basic After Effects skills (simple animations, slideshows).
