Marketing Perfomance Manage (SB)
We’re looking for a Marketing Performance Manager to lead growth and performance across all our digital channels.
This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives on turning insights into results.
You’ll be responsible for designing, running, and scaling campaigns that bring Skibookers to life — transforming awareness into conversions and engagement into loyalty.
You will be responsible for:
Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Build and scale influencer and affiliate programs across EU and US markets
Develop lead-generation funnels, referral programs, and A/B conversion experiments
Track and optimize performance KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution tools
Collaborate with product and creative teams to align messaging, funnel logic, and user journey
Qualification:
4–7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing for B2C startups or consumer brands
Proven record managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Deep understanding of funnel-building, lead capture, and CRM integration
Strong analytical mindset and fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking
Excellent written and spoken English; clear, proactive communication
Bonus: background in travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or international user acquisition
