Marketing Data Analyst

Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work with large datasets, support marketing decision-making through analytics, and help the team better understand user behavior, campaign performance, and growth drivers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, funnels, cohorts, and customer behavior

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing and business stakeholders

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources

• Work with BI tools to visualize insights and communicate results clearly

• Participate in improving data quality, metrics definitions, and analytical processes

• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the marketing team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, optimization)

• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience working with marketing data (digital campaigns, funnels, performance metrics)

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience using Python for data processing, analysis, or visualization

• Knowledge of and experience with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake)

• Basic understanding of machine learning (ML) concepts and approaches

• Experience in fintech, trading, or performance-driven digital marketing environments
