Senior Python Developer (AI Specialization)

We're General Secret company with an ambitious team, and we're looking for a Python Developer with AI experience to help us build cutting-edge products powered by intelligent agents.

You'll play a key role in designing and implementing systems that use natural language to streamline workflows, boost user engagement, and connect data across different platforms.

What you'll do:

• Develop AI agents that interact with APIs, databases, and external systems to automate complex tasks

• Build and support MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, enabling AI agents to access backend functionality

• Create tools that turn user input into working storefronts — with layouts, components, templates, and configurations

• Integrate AI assistants into user-facing apps and control panels to enable natural language actions

• Collaborate closely with product designers and NLP experts to create intuitive conversational flows

• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas in fast iterations

• Contribute to the internal tools for fine-tuning LLMs, safe action execution, and prompt engineering

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• 1+ year leading or mentoring development teams

• Strong Python skills (TypeScript or Go is a plus)

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and system architecture

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Strong written and spoken English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS

• Knowledge of conversational AI or NLP

• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks

• Background in rules engines, automation tools, or AI copilots
