Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Product & UX

• Develop product functionality and generate new concepts.

• Analyze user behavior and propose UX improvements.

• Maintain and evolve the product’s design system.

2. Leadership & Processes

• Establish workflows within the team and develop guidelines.

• Plan designers’ workload for the mid-term (up to 6 months).

• Conduct design reviews and ensure high-quality solutions.

• Mentor designers and contribute to team growth.

3. Coordination & Collaboration

• Present design solutions to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development) to create comprehensive solutions.

• Maintain reporting on completed work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI, including at least 2 years in a lead role.

• Ability to structure tasks, gather, and analyze incoming information.

• Experience in design system architecture.

• Proficiency in conducting user research and interface analysis.

• Strong visual skills and attention to detail.

• Creativity and strong UI design abilities.

• Ability to present and justify design decisions.

• Advanced skills in Figma and ProtoPie.

• Ownership of final quality and task alignment with requirements.

• A portfolio showcasing successful case studies with strong UI and measurable impact from design solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming or related industries.

• Ability to work in distributed/remote teams.

• Experience working with AI-driven products or tools.

• Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
