KOLs-manager / Affiliate manager

We’re looking for a proactive and communicative KOL Manager to lead influencer outreach, manage partnerships with key opinion leaders, and grow our brand visibility in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem
2. Negotiate and manage partnership terms, campaign expectations, and deliverables
3. Coordinate promo campaigns across YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other Web3-native platforms
4. Track and analyze KOL performance metrics and provide regular reports
5. Research and onboard new KOLs aligned with brand values and community goals
6. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and community teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in crypto/Web3
2. Strong network of KOLs and influencers in the blockchain space
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Proven track record of successful campaign execution
5. Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

2. % commission from each closed and approved deal with KOLs
