Junior People Partner
The Jr. People Partner supports employees and managers across the full lifecycle—driving day-to-day HR processes, partnering with leaders, and coordinating core programs with COEs and Employee Relations. Alongside partner work, the role owns operational execution to ensure consistent, compliant, HR high-quality outcomes.
Job description
Manage the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Coach and partner with reporting managers to drive HR processes end-to-end, strengthen people leadership, and ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Facilitate and execute core HR programs for the assigned business units in partnership with People Partner and HR COE teams.
Own day-to-day HR operations for assigned business units, ensuring accurate HRIS data, audit-ready documentation, timely approvals and handoffs, and seamless execution of HR processes.
Support organizational change initiatives through structured change management frameworks.
In partnership with Employee Relations, assess concerns, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers to sustain a constructive workplace.
Coordinate and facilitate separation discussions in accordance with company and labor law policies and processes.
