Junior / Middle Customer Success Manager (B2B SaaS / Mobile)
AppMagic is a service that helps companies around the world analyze mobile applications — from revenue and downloads to advanced game analytics. Our product is already used by 300+ companies, including NetEase, Google, and PlayVentures.
This year, we restructured our Customer Success function and segmented client ownership. We are now strengthening our Growth team and are looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to directly impact customer growth and revenue.
You will work with SMB clients and be responsible for developing their accounts. The key focus is growth and upsells, as well as helping clients get maximum value from the product.
Our goal is to grow customers to the Strategic level, after which the team will focus on retention.
What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of 80–100 clients
Drive upsells and influence revenue growth
Communicate regularly with clients: messaging, calls, case reviews
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
What we’re looking for
1+ year of experience in Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS
Understanding of the mobile market and digital products
Conversational English & Russian to communicate with the team
Willingness to work with a large client portfolio
Motivation to earn through upsells and influence results
Preferred time zones: Europe / Moscow Time
