Responsibilities:

1. Creator & Partner Growth

   • Source and onboard creators and partners

   • Launch and manage creator-led campaigns

2. YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)

   • Drive traffic, engagement, and product usage through creator-generated content

3. Analytics & Decision-Making

   • Build simple yet effective models in Excel / Google Sheets

   • Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting using tools such as Sheets, Zapier, CRMs, APIs, or custom scripts

Requirements:

• Strong English proficiency

• Excellent communication skills

• Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and assumptions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

• Russian is required

Level & Compensation

• All hires formally join at a junior level, regardless of prior experience

• Competitive starting compensation, paid in USD (2000 USD)

Work Format

• On-site only (Almaty office)

• Monday–Saturday (6-day workweek)
