Junior+ Graphic Designer

We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

Responsibilities:

1. Creation of digital graphics: banners for websites, materials for social networks;
2. Adaptation materials to different formats and sizes within the approved corporate identity;
3. Creation 2D graphics, render the graphical elements and illustrations;
4. Experience in GIF-animation;
5. Generation of ideas, development of creative concepts;
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table;
7. Interact with the Team Lead, Graphic and UI/UX designers and other team members;
8. Organize graphic materials, drawings, specifications, and layouts;
9. Use time effectively and efficiently; concentrate efforts on the more important priorities;
10. Maintaining a storage system for graphic materials and layouts;

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team environment;
2. Confident knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
3. Experience of using: Figma, Adobe After Effects;
4. Experience of using AI services (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.);
5. Knowledge of digital graphics requirements & standards;
6. An art/design education is highly desirable. An in-depth understanding of composition and color science, typography and visual communication;
7. High motivation, positive thinking, ability to cope with multitasking, mindfulness, stress resistance;
8. Good communication skills;
9. Basic level of spoken and written English;
10. Fluent in Russian;
