HR Specialist (IT & Traffic Arbitrage Recruitment)

We are looking for an HR specialist with experience in traffic arbitrage and IT recruitment (analytics, PMs, Big Data / AI developers) who will help scale teams in fast-growing, dynamic projects.

🔹 Responsibilities:
— Closing vacancies in traffic arbitrage, media buying, and digital roles (from traders to top-level positions).
— Recruiting IT specialists: analysts, product managers, and engineers (Big Data, AI, software development).
— Working with Russian-speaking candidates abroad and building effective hiring processes.

🔹 Requirements:
— Proven experience in HR / recruitment, especially in traffic arbitrage or IT (strong understanding of niche specifics is key).
— Ability to source, assess, and “sell” projects to strong candidates.
— Independence, clear prioritization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
