HR Generalist

Office, Limassol

Due to our expansion, we are looking for HR Specialist for full HR cycle support: onboarding, training, development, offboarding. Skilled in employee relations, corporate culture, HRIS, and MS Office. Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Support of the full HR cycle: from onboarding to employee development and offboarding.

• Organization and conduction employee training sessions.

• Corporate Culture and Communications: contribution to the development of company values, employee engagement, organizational initiatives and events.

• Employee Relations: resolution of workplace issues and providing consultation to employees on labor and employment matters.

• Participation in HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related position.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Proficient in HRIS systems.
