Head of Sales

Time Zone: CET, CET+2

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and optimise processes;
2. Analyse sales performance, track market trends, and refine sales methods;
3. Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, fostering growth and motivation;
4. Oversee client relations, lead key negotiations, and resolve conflicts;
5. Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and optimise acquisition costs;
6. Ensure effective CRM implementation and accurate data tracking;
7. Report on sales performance to management and propose improvements.

We expect you to have:

1. 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in iGaming or related industries;
2. Proven track record in strategic planning, target setting, and KPI management;
3. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience in budget management;
4. Expertise in CRM systems, sales process automation, and data-driven decision-making;
5. In-depth understanding of market trends, client behaviour, and competitive strategies;
6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
7. English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
