Head of Retention

We are CLS Global, a Dubai-based fintech company specializing in crypto project market making.

Over 8+ years, we've become one of the leading players in liquidity provision and exchange listings. We work with projects worldwide. Right now we’re looking for a Head of Retention — someone who’ll take our client service to the next level and build a world-class retention machine.

What you’ll do:

• Build a client service strategy — from onboarding to repeat sales;

• Manage the Retention team: upsells, renewals, non-standard cases — all under your control;

• Reduce churn by digging into behavior patterns and fixing key drop-off points;

• Set up smart internal systems — SLAs, KPIs, dashboards — so we always know where we stand;

• Make things better every week: automate, train, optimize, improve.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re part of the crypto world — and you know how to navigate it:

• 3+ years of experience leading client service in B2B (SaaS, crypto, finance, tech);

• You’ve built ops from scratch — SLAs, workflows, processes — and can do it again;

• Confident with Excel/Sheets — bonus if you know SQL or BI tools;

• You’ve led teams of 10+ people and know how to get results;

• You can balance client happiness with business efficiency;

• You’ve worked with ZenDesk or similar platforms.
