Head of Growth
We’re hiring a Founding Head of Growth to own Palabra’s growth engine end-to-end: acquisition → activation → retention → monetization — across both our developer-friendly API and our plug-and-play products.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role. You’ll work directly with the co-founder/CBDO and closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to turn attention into revenue and build repeatable growth loops.

Recently raised a $10M pre-seed from top-tier investors (incl. 776 / Alexis Ohanian and notable founders).
400+ leads and 20 active POCs (incl. Agora).
Tech is battle-tested; now we need a growth leader to build the machine.
What you’ll do
Own and scale growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Build a structured experimentation system: hypotheses, prioritization, testing cadence, measurement, and learnings.
Drive GTM experiments across channels (paid, organic, content, community, partnerships, events) to find scalable levers.
Partner with Product + Engineering to ship growth loops:
free-to-paid conversion
onboarding/activation improvements
usage expansion
lifecycle (reactivation + churn prevention)
(where it makes sense) referral/virality
Collaborate with Sales on pipeline growth: lead quality, conversion, ROI, and sales enablement.
Define and track core KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation, retention/churn, payback) and turn them into action.
Build our external growth presence (thought leadership, launches, partnerships, communities).
As we scale: hire and lead the growth team (demand gen, lifecycle, marketing ops, content/SEO — based on what works).
What success looks like (first 90 days)
0–30 days: funnel + tracking audit, define the growth model, identify top drop-offs, pick top experiments.
31–60 days: run a consistent experimentation cadence; ship first activation + lifecycle improvements; early channel signal.
61–90 days: prove at least one repeatable lever (channel or loop) with a clear plan to scale; propose hiring plan tied to proven traction.
Who you are
Entrepreneurial, high-agency, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Strong communicator (copy, narrative, positioning, internal alignment).
Extremely data-driven: you love funnel metrics, experimentation, and attribution.
5+ years in Growth / GTM / Product Growth at high-growth B2B SaaS (early-stage is a plus).
Track record driving meaningful outcomes (revenue, pipeline, conversion, retention) through structured playbooks.
Experience with PLG/self-serve, sales enablement, and cross-functional product work.
Bonus: AI, developer tools, API products, usage-based pricing, international GTM.
