💻 Tech Stack: Java, Spring, Go, Python, Angular, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more

Your Role:

• Lead engineering strategy and team

• Integrate AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code)

• Optimize infrastructure (Azure, AWS)

• Ensure platform scalability, security & performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership

• Fluent English & Russian

• Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, startups, Agile environments
