Head of Digital Marketing & Analytics

Maternity Cover, up to 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across all channels (website, social media, email, paid advertising, SEO)

• Plan and manage budgets for all digital marketing activities, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation

• Perform deep analysis of CRM data, covering pipelines and conversion rates

• Manage and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, setting objectives and providing feedback/direction

• Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing activities with company goals

• Represent the company at industry conferences and events

• Achieve agreed KPIs and targets set by upper management

• Prepare regular reports on performance and progress against objectives

We expect you to have:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in digital marketing

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns, launching end-to-end analytics, and improving pipelines/conversion rates

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation

• Deep understanding of sales funnel management

• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive marketing decisions

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

• English at B2+ level, Russian at B2+ level

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• Experience in a B2B environment

• Background in the software or technology industry

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms
