Head of Design

We’re a hands-on venture studio building science-based products in mental health from telemedicine and edtech to AI assistants. We’re looking for a design lead to shape the visual language and user experience across our portfolio.

Your role:

• Own and execute design strategy across digital products

• Lead UX research, wireframing, prototyping, CJMs

• Design intuitive, elegant UIs and maintain design systems

• Build and mentor a team as we grow

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, founders

• Base design decisions on data, A/B testing, and user insights

You bring:

• 5+ years in UI/UX, 2+ years in a lead role

• Strong B2C portfolio (preferably in health-tech, edtech, e-com)

• Full-stack design skills (research to high-fidelity UI)

• Mastery of Figma and design systems

• Strategic mindset, hands-on attitude, strong communication

• Passion for mental health and human-centered design
