Responsibilities

• Design, prototyping, and development of game modes and gameplay mechanics

• Adjusting overall gameplay balance and content based on player feedback and data

• Balancing character parameters, perks, and abilities to create interesting tactical choices and character enhancements

• Working on improving AI of game characters / UX

• Working with game analytics to identify growth areas and improve the player experience.

What skills will you use

• At least 2 years of experience in game design

• Experience working on core gameplay/combat systems in RPG/sport simulator/action games

• Proven track record of taking gameplay systems/mechanics from concept to implementation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus skills:

• Successful cases of game balance and mechanics adjustments

• Independent setup of gameplay elements

• Development of ingame balance

• Experience working on multiplayer games
