Functional Manager

Looking for a strong Functional manager - our trusted partner in building, tuning, and sustaining high-performing teams.

Position Level: Senior

Salary range: $3,000 to $5,000 per month gross (depending on the scope and complexity of responsibilities assumed)

Work format: full time, total remote, not from Russia

The functional manager is responsible for ensuring that the project and product teams:

- Are fully staffed

- Are staffed with exactly the people the company needs: motivated, qualified, understanding, and accepting of company standards

Requirements:

- Experience in managing personnel in project and product teams

- Ability to select, motivate, evaluate, and develop employees

- Experience in conducting regular collection and analysis of employee NPS

- Skills in organizing and managing the hiring process

- Ability to analyze workload and make decisions about resources

- Knowledge of bonus and disciplinary systems

- Empathy while maintaining focus on business goals

- Ability to communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and teams

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that project and product teams are fully staffed with the necessary employees

- Organize and coordinate the integration period for new employees

- Maintain employee motivation and qualifications

- Ensure that employees understand their responsibilities and work standards

- Organize and systematically conduct NPS

- Discuss NPS results with employees, explaining their meaning and criteria

- Inform employees about the motivation system, risks, and development opportunities.
