Frontend Team Lead

Relocation, Cyprus or Remote.

We are looking for a Frontend Team Lead to join our team either remotely or in our office in Cyprus.

Tech Stack: Vite, TypeScript, React, Scss/Sass, Docker, ESLint, Stylelint, Swagger/React Query

Responsibilities

• Manage a frontend team of 7 developers: task planning, workload distribution, support with complex technical challenges, mentoring, and team development

• Drive the technical evolution of our products

• Design application architecture and contribute to the development of key components

• Actively participate in code reviews and improve development quality and standards

• Collaborate closely with other departments and product managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a development team, with the ability to set up and improve team processes

• Ability to assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality

• Strong decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility

• Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

• Willingness to stay hands-on in development alongside leadership responsibilities

• 5+ years of commercial experience working with React

• Experience developing user interfaces and a good understanding of UX principles

• Solid knowledge of client-server interactions, data types, and request optimization
