Frontend lead

We are looking for a talented team lead for our interface development group.

We are creating a multi-component system that includes both external interfaces targeting the end users and internal interfaces aimed at reducing operational costs for internal users (reducing errors, improving efficiency, automation, etc.). You will lead the team responsible for the external interface — starting with the mobile version, followed by the desktop version.

We have formed our development team with strong specialists, and we do not have entry-level developers. You will build your development team. You should have extensive technical experience — you need to be able to select optimal solutions and defend them, understand performance and architecture issues, and have experience working with NodeJS.

Key responsibilities include participating in backlog preparation, planning task release timelines, sprints, and tech coms (open stage for other teams to prioritize backlog), syncing your team's work with other departments, overseeing code writing within the team, including participating in code reviews and advising developers.

You:

• Have excellent knowledge of JavaScript and are proficient in TypeScript

• Have experience with reactive frameworks, we use React

• Have experience working with Node.JS (debugging, optimization, etc.)

• Understand development patterns on frameworks

• Can easily create layouts according to modern standards

• Understand mobile adaptation

• Are familiar with frontend testing technologies and approaches

• Can conduct product analysis and gather requirements

• Can control results and achieve goals

• Have experience releasing products to production

• Know how to ensure effective team performance

Key responsibilities:

• Synchronizing interaction with the backend team and designers

• Forming the team's backlog and managing technical debt

• Controlling release cycles, managing deadlines, and tasks

• Developing technical skills in your subordinates

• Improving the projects under your control from a product perspective

• Integrating with shared platform solutions

• Enhancing performance and reliability of applications
