Frontend Engineer (React)

We’ve been on the market for 6 years, continuously growing and refining our product. Our focus is on earning customer trust, which means constantly improving our delivery processes and rolling out new features. At the same time, we navigate the complex legal landscape of the cannabis industry, ensuring our platform remains compliant and future-proof.

1. Tech Stack №1: Typescript, React 18, CSS Modules, SWR, Playwright, Jest, Storybook, Express, Vite, ReactRouter 6.
2. Tech Stack №2: TypeScript, React 18, Redux, Redux effects promise (similar to redux-thunk, custom-built solution), Webpack, SCSS, React Class Components, chart.js, Git Submodules, CI/CD, Karma, Playwright, OOP.

What You’ll Be Working On

1. Participate in discussions and task planning.
2. Develop services.
3. Conduct code refactoring.
4. Conduct code reviews.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience of 5-7 years in a product company.
2. Experience with React and TypeScript.
3. Experience in realization of architectural solutions.
4. Engineering mindset.

We've structured our staff into cross-functional teams, each dedicated to a specific product. These teams typically consist of 8-12 members, including front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is guided by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear direction.

Right now, our total team size is around 180 people, with a distributed development team located across multiple countries. Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.
