Frontend Developer

At PayDepot, we build cutting-edge B2B & B2C fintech products. As we scale, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer to help us craft trusted, performant and user-friendly interfaces across our suite of web applications.

We have a modern office in Limassol, and if you’re not in Cyprus yet — we’ll support your relocation and help settle you and your family.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new features and enhance existing solutions with a focus on usability and performance

• Build reusable and scalable components based on Figma designs and design system standards

• Integrate with backend services using REST APIs and WebSockets

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment

• Optimize and refactor solutions for performance, scalability, and developer experience

• Participate in architectural decisions and frontend design discussions

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality

• Write, maintain, and improve unit, screenshots and E2E tests

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer

• Strong knowledge of React, Redux, and TypeScript

• Practical experience building or customizing UI libraries using frameworks like Material UI, Shadcn UI, Mantine, Semantic UI React, Ant Design, etc

• Familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  
  

You’re our perfect candidate if:

• You have experience with form validation tools, ex. React Hook Forms + Yup

• You have experience with performance profiling and optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Vitals, React Developer tools / Redux DevTools)

• You have a genuine interest in the fintech or cryptocurrency space

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven company before

• You have proactive approach, not afraid to take initiative, and propose better solutions
