Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Remote (except Russia, Belarus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support the full budgeting cycle across departments.

• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making.

• Build and maintain basic financial models.

• Analyze monthly variances and seasonal trends.

• Prepare clear reports and present insights to stakeholders across the organization.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Proficiency in NetSuite.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI.

• Solid skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

• Comfortable with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
