DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and standardise our AWS infrastructure for a B2B crypto processing platform. This role involves working with production systems, improving reliability, and contributing to infrastructure-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS / EKS / RDS / SSM)
• Migrate legacy solutions (EC2 + Ansible) to Terraform and modern architecture
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (frequent releases)
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging (Sentry / ELK / VictoriaMetrics)
• Optimise infrastructure costs and improve system efficiency
• Prepare infrastructure to meet security and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps in fintech / crypto environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
• Experience with Terraform (or other IaC tools)
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and production environments
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• English level B2+, Fluent Russian

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with security standards (PCI DSS / ISO / SOC2)
