DevOps Developer

We are looking for a DevOps developer to join our team. This role balances infrastructure automation, security integration, and regulatory compliance, aligning with modern DevOps practices. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to mitigating risks while optimizing development workflows.

Your Role:

1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, ensuring seamless integration of security checks.
2. Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy applications via Helm Charts, optimizing scalability and resource utilization.
3. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for AWS resource provisioning.
4. Automate workflows for monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of cloud environments.
5. Automate security controls in cloud environments (e.g., IAM policies, encryption) and maintain documentation.
6. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve pipeline efficiency.
7. Collaborate with SOC teams to monitor, respond to, and remediate security incidents.
8. Ensure network security and compliance with PCI-DSS through audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience with Linux.
2. 5+ years of experience in DevOps role with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
3. Proficiency in Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
4. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
5. Strong understanding of network security (OSI layers, TCP/IP) and cloud infrastructure hardening.
6. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and containerization (Docker).
7. Scripting skills in Python, Bash for automation tasks.

Additional:

1. Knowledge of basic principles of web application security.
2. Experience in code vulnerability testing and defence against attacks.
3. Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance requirements and experience working in SOC-driven environments.
4. Experience with blockchain technology.
