Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product and marketing analysts);

• Gathering and formalizing requirements, as well as independently defining tasks based on collected data;

• Developing and maintaining ETL processes, including:

  • Integrating data from diverse external sources

  • Migrating Python scripts to Airflow

  • Loading and transforming data in ClickHouse

• Validating data from queues (Kafka), ensuring quality and consistency;

• Designing and optimizing data marts in ClickHouse and adapting them for visualization in Tableau;

• Working with ETL infrastructure (Airbyte, Airflow in k8s, Great Expectations, ClickHouse, etc.).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data roles, with at least 1 year as a data engineer;

• Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of database internals;

• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL (including setup, query optimization, and administration);

• Professional experience with ClickHouse;

• Experience with stream processing systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ);

• Proficiency in Python for ETL development, scripting, and automation;

• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow).
