Creative Producer

At our Ideation team, we think like marketers, feel like creators, and collaborate closely with UA, Production, and Product. Our goal? Finding and validating creative ideas with real performance potential.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

• Research and analyze the market and best practices for top-performing video creatives across channels

• Co-create strategies, tactics, and hypotheses with UA, Production, and Product teams

• Generate, pitch, and defend experimental creative ideas

• Lead brainstorms, shortlist ideas, and oversee creative production (briefing, feedback)

• Work extensively with video content from Instagram & TikTok creators

• Validate briefs for motion design, footage, shoots, and AI-generated content

• Analyze performance results and creative test data with UA

• Build seamless cross-functional workflows with UA and Product teams

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing

• Proven track record of creating top creatives that doubled acquisition metrics or more

• Strong scripting and briefing skills for ad video production

• Deep knowledge of Instagram & TikTok formats and placement strategies

• Great visual taste and strong awareness of social media trends

• Passion for AI content generation tools (Midjourney, Krea, Luma, Veo 3, etc.) and expert use of ChatGPT

• Solid understanding of performance metrics and hypothesis-driven thinking

• Experience with competitor analysis tools (FB Ads Library, Apptica, Sensor Tower, etc.)

• Comfort operating in high-uncertainty environments with risk

• Analytical mindset with a creative edge — you see business growth in creative solutions

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets

• English proficiency (B2+) — we work with a lot of English-language content

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with mobile photo/video editing apps
