Content AI Designer

We're looking for a visual storyteller who’s passionate about generative design and knows how to turn trends into compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Create AI-generated templates (static + 5–10 sec video previews) in a consistent style

• Develop and refine prompts for Midjourney and other tools

• Design motion templates based on current trends and use cases

• Curate reference libraries and track visual trends across niches

• Test ideas, analyze content performance, and support creative research

• Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram formats

• Plan and document content projects (templates, elements) in collaboration with the team

Requirements:

• Confident in AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kling, Flux, etc.)

• Strong design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, style

• Skilled in short-form video editing and motion design

• Experience building consistent template systems

• Analytical mindset and attention to metrics

• Organized in tools like Notion, Figma, Sheets

• Open to feedback and team collaboration
