Community Lead

We are now looking for a Community Lead, who will build our community in Discord and lead communications on Reddit to reach 100k+ monthly views on the posts through comments and posts (in collaboration with our marketing communications manager), 1k+ new users/ monthly coming to our Discord from this channel in first 3 months with at least 100 members active, contributing to UGC and being candidates for potential ambassadors.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Set, maintain, and cultivate community (now in Discord)
2. Perform community outreach on specialised channels - enter existing Reddit communities to build trust and gain Karma as an ambassador of our brand
3. Drive user acquisition through active commenting and distribution of our free guides
4. Partner closely with marketing experiments and product&design teams delivering quality feedback

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

1. Have 2-3+ years of experience in building and navigating communities on Reddit and Discord, e.g. web3 or gaming communities experience is applicable
2. Have understanding of community engineering incl. engaging into conversations, moderating, conflict management
3. Own copywriting and analytics expertise
4. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing relationships with community members
5. True passion towards psychedelics as a niche, community and therapeutic/self-support products
6. Fluent English
