Chief Product Officer

We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to shape the future of our games and drive our product portfolio's success. This is a key role for a strong and ambitious leader who knows how to build winning strategies, inspire teams, and turn data into decisions that move the business forward.

What you'll be doing: 

• Forming and implementing the company's product strategy in accordance with our business goals

• Ensuring the alignment of strategies across all products and monitoring their implementation

• Participating in key product decisions

• Developing a team of producers and helping them achieve results

• Defining KPIs for producers and managing their implementation

• Working with other department heads to identify new opportunities for growth

• Communicating with external partners

What we need from you:

• Product management experience in the game industry (CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product, Executive Producer, or similar roles)

• Mobile F2P game expertise and a deep understanding of the casual mobile games market and its trends

• Successful experience building and implementing a product strategy

• The ability to use analytical tools and product metrics confidently, as well as to make data-driven decisions

• Experience managing and growing a team of producers or product managers

• The ability to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail

• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

• B2+ level of English
