Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As CFO, you will join the executive team and direct Adapty’s financial strategy while managing day-to-day finance operations. You will build scalable processes, ensure compliance, and provide insights and capital-allocation discipline to support our next growth phase. Adapty is incorporated in the United States and operates globally with a distributed team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company’s and teams’ P&L and balance sheet; safeguard cash and optimize working capital.
2. Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions and inform the board.
3. Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and burn-rate monitoring across functions.
4. Automate finance, billing, and invoicing processes in coordination with our CPA to support high-volume SaaS revenue.
5. Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports and KPI dashboards according to IFRS.
6. Develop unit economics, cohort analyses, and revenue reporting to generate actionable insights.
7. Handle investor relations, including crafting financial narratives, managing data rooms, and supporting fundraising and due diligence.
8. Evaluate and execute capital allocation strategies to reinvest in growth, R&D, and strategic opportunities.
9. Oversee tax, audit, and statutory compliance for the US entity and international operations.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years in finance leadership, including as CFO or VP Finance in high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
2. Strong skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking
3. Experience managing financial operations for US legal entities
4. Solid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
5. Experience supporting fundraising and investor communications
6. Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus
7. Proactive, analytical, and able to balance strategy with execution
