We're looking for a designer, who will join our new unit - Creative Studio. This team works on our brand awareness campaigns, promo videos and other special projects. Our next bestie will need to work on concepts, visual design and storyboards. They are a designer and storyteller, with big heart and crazy ideas.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Design compelling static and animated visuals for brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate Sumsub’s messaging across digital platforms.
  2. Create visual assets for social media, digital ads, and video thumbnails that drive engagement and support global marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate closely with the brand, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and audience insights.
  4. Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce high-quality, platform-optimized assets with strong visual impact.
  5. Bring a strong sense of visual storytelling and animation timing to produce emotionally resonant and on-brand animated content.
  6. Maintain consistency with Sumsub’s brand guidelines while adapting assets to different channels, formats, and target markets.
  7. Create reusable templates and visual systems that enhance efficiency and maintain a cohesive design language across campaigns.
  8. Proactively seek and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs, improving clarity, performance, and creative direction over time.
  9. Stay curious about trends in motion design, branding, and digital marketing to bring fresh, relevant ideas into campaign visuals.
  10. Display a strong interest in product design and UI to contribute to create powerful product key visuals and storyboards for marketing materials.

About You:

  1. Fluent in English (B2 or higher); additional language skills are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in document design, printed collateral, report layouts, event branding, and marketing materials for product launches.
  3. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, with a deep understanding of layout design principles and best practices for print production.
  4. Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented and passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, including in product and UI design.
