Backend Engineer (RoR)

We are looking Backend Engineer (RoR) - Growth Team

Estonia, Cyprus, Spain (Remote OK)

Leading crypto trading automation platform serving millions of traders. Integrated with 15+ exchanges (Binance, OKX, Coinbase). AI-driven bots, TradingView integrations, enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Team & Role:

• Growth-focused team driving user acquisition and conversion:

• Optimize registration and onboarding funnels

• Convert free users → paid subscribers

• A/B testing and growth metrics

• Educational systems for new traders

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, React/TypeScript

Requirements:

• 4+ years Ruby on Rails production experience

• PostgreSQL, AWS hands-on experience

• External API integrations experience

• Understanding code → business metrics connection

• English B2+

Nice to have:

• SaaS/subscription products experience

• Growth engineering background

• Willingness to evolve into fullstack (React)

• Interest in crypto/trading

Process:

HR screening → Take-home test (2-3 hours) → Technical interview → EM interview

Feedback at each stage, 1-2 weeks total timeline.
