Assistant Account Manager

Company is a Corporate Services Firm, offering Legal & Tax advisory, International tax planning, incorporation, management of entities in reputable jurisdictions and range of the fiduciary services. We have offices in Cyprus (Limassol), Georgia (Tbilisi - Batumi), Estonia (Tallinn) and UAE (Dubai).

We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Account Manager for our office in Limassol.

What you need to do:

• Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies;

• Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders;

• Liaising with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed;

• General business administrative duties;

• Assistance in preparation and analysis of legal documents (Powers of Attorney, resolutions, agreements).

What we expect:

• Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language (written and spoken);

• Knowledge of Russian/Polish will be considered an advantage;

• University degree or graduate student will be considered an advantage;

• Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);

• High level of professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills;

• Experience or background in law, accounting or business administration will be considered an advantage.
