Anti-fraud Analyst

• Location: Manila, Philippines

• Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+5 to GMT+10

To support a rapidly growing business and strengthen our fraud-prevention capabilities, we are expanding the Anti-Fraud team with a dedicated Fraud Analyst.

You will work closely with risk, product, operations, and verification teams to enhance fraud-detection processes across offline and online channels (including moto verification, xSell antifraud, partner-driven verification flows, and mystery-shopping initiatives).

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze behavioral data to identify fraud patterns

• Develop new anti-fraud countermeasures based on identified scenarios

• Create and optimize rules, filters, scoring logic, and risk triggers

• Build and improve customer verification processes

• Establish interaction workflows with related departments and launching new processes

• Controlling efficiency of ongoing processes

• Leading projects with external partners

What we expect from candidate:

• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with large datasets

• Good command of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations, optimization)

• Ability to identify root causes of anomalies and form data-driven hypotheses

• Experience launching and optimizing business processes

• Python skills (a plus)
